For me, truth came during one of the darkest periods in my life (which is why I feel so strongly about the work I do - it’s what led me to it). Sometimes, we don’t have the courage to face our own truth until we fall into darkness. It’s the only way out - quite honestly.

Stepping into my own truth gave me a deep understanding of what my pain was all about. And it was there - that I found my light, my inner light.

Going into darkness is not easy. In fact, most people avoid it. They’d rather find someone else to blame. But blaming someone else doesn’t fix the problem. It doesn’t heal the pain. Only we can do that for ourselves.

And by going into darkness - and surviving it - I realized that I could be a beacon of light for others who were going through a similiar pain. I understand it - and I know how dark it can get.

So here I am - shining the light of truth for women who are facing some sort of disconnect, a disconnect from a world that feels so foreign.

It’s my intention, as their guide, to gently lead them into the truth of their personal darkness where they can dance with their own inner light of possibility. While the darkness holds opportunities for healing and personal growth, the light is what brings magical possibilities!
